ABOUT HOI AN ROASTERY
The Hoi An Roastery began as a way to share the wonderful coffee and culture found in Vietnam. By sourcing and hiring locally, we are able to give the visitors to Hoi An a chance to experience a truly local product. To complete this experience, our cafes are designed to be comfortable areas, in the style of the historic UNESCO protected old town.
Whether you just need a quick coffee break, want to spend the morning chatting with friends or need to get some work done on your laptop, our cafes offer the ideal environment.

Our humble origins
When we opened our first store in 2015, we were guided by our mission to offer a truly Vietnamese experience to those visiting Hoi An. We traveled to coffee farms nestled in the central highlands of Vietnam in order to meet the farmers and to find the perfect coffee to feature in our shop. We have spent countless hours working with those local farming communities in partnership with MCNV (www.mcnv.com) to develop sustainable agro-forestry methods, refine our processing standards, perfectly and consistently roast our unique Robusta, Arabica, and Espresso profiles, to serve you the best cup of Vietnamese coffee in all of Vientam.
Today and beyond..
We have now reopened our Flagship Hoi An Roastery Cafe in the heart of the Ancient Hoi An City Center welcoming back our International guests and local residents. We are thrilled to have expanded our wholesale and export operations globally, with Hoi An Roastery’s operating and expanding in Seoul and JeJu South Korea. We have also expanded to Europe, with wholesale and franchise partners based in The Netherlands. There will be much more to come as we continue our partnership expansions and continue our promise to increase our impact to our farmer communities.
We will continue to find the best and highest quality products to serve our customers in a relaxed, local environment, while taking care of our people and all our stakeholders with our Fair Trade for All mission.
