Established in 2015 in Hoi An Ancient Town, a symbol of artisanal and sustainable coffee, with the mission of connecting the taste of Vietnamese coffee to global customers. We are proud to manage the supply chain from plant to cup. Cooperating with more than 8,000 farming households in Huong Hoa, Quang Tri – famous for premium Arabica coffee. Hoi An Roastery is committed to bringing an authentic coffee experience, not only honoring cultural values, but also contributing to the development of the local community, maintaining sustainability in each product.

PURE COFFEE
FROM THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS
We started our journey from coffee farms in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Especially Dak Lak and Khe Sanh, Quang Tri. These are regions famous for their perfect conditions for growing high-quality coffee. Thanks to our closed and sustainable production process, we ensure that our coffee always retains its rich, delicate flavor and is safe for health.
Selecting coffee beans in the highlands is not only a process of searching for quality. It is also our commitment to sustainable agricultural development. We ensure that each coffee bean is hand-picked, through a natural processing process. In order to bring pure coffee to customers.

COLLABORATING WITH THE COMMUNITY
We understand that to create pure coffee cups, strong collaboration with coffee farmers is essential. Hoi An Roastery has been working directly with local farming communities, in partnership with non-governmental organizations MCNV, we develop agroforestry models. We support farmers from improving farming conditions to finding markets.
This partnership helps to increase farmers’ skills and incomes, while creating a sustainable coffee supply chain, not only in Vietnam but also globally.
INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
Starting as a small coffee shop in Hoi An ancient town, we have gradually expanded our operations globally. Currently, Hoi An Roastery not only serves customers in Vietnam but also has a presence in international markets, with stores in Seoul and JeJu, Korea. We also cooperate with partners in the Netherlands to bring pure Vietnamese coffee to the European market.
Wholesale and franchise development is an important part of our expansion plan, to share the best Vietnamese coffee beans with customers around the world.
