Established in 2015 in Hoi An Ancient Town, Hoi An Roastery stands for artisanal and sustainable coffee, with the mission of connecting the taste of Vietnamese coffee with customers around the world. We are proud to manage the supply chain from plant to cup, working with more than 8,000 farming households in Huong Hoa, Quang Tri – famous for premium Arabica coffee. We are committed to an authentic coffee experience that honours local culture, supports the community and keeps every product sustainable.

From Highland Heritage to Your Cup: Vietnamese Coffee with a Soul

Our journey begins amid the lush green hills of Vietnam's Central Highlands – in Dak Lak and in Khe Sanh, Quang Tri – regions blessed with ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. We follow a closed-loop, sustainable process, so that every step from bean to cup preserves the coffee's delicate flavour and puts your health first.

Selecting beans in the highlands is more than quality control: it is our commitment to sustainable agriculture. Every cherry is picked ripe by hand and processed naturally, to bring you the purest cup of coffee.

Collaborating with the community

We believe in the power of partnership. We work directly with local farming communities and, together with the non-governmental organisation MCNV, develop sustainable agroforestry models.

We support farmers from better growing conditions all the way to finding buyers. This raises their skills and incomes and builds a more sustainable coffee supply chain – for Vietnam and for coffee lovers worldwide.

International

Our international journey

We started as a small coffee shop in Hoi An's ancient town and have grown step by step. Today Hoi An Roastery serves guests not only in Vietnam but also abroad, with stores in Seoul and on Jeju Island in Korea, and we work with partners in the Netherlands to bring pure Vietnamese coffee to Europe.

Wholesale and franchising are an important part of our plans, so that we can share Vietnam's best coffee beans with people everywhere.
