In 2015, the founders of Hoi An Roastery embarked on a mission to share the authentic essence of Vietnamese coffee with the world. Their journey led them deep into the heart of the Central Highlands, a region renowned for its exceptional coffee beans.
Here, they forged deep connections with local farmers, immersing themselves in the stories and traditions behind each bean. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, they partnered with MCNV (Medical Committee Netherlands-Vietnam) to implement eco-friendly farming practices and improve the livelihoods of coffee growers.
